General Information
Lodging Facilities
- Check-in time is 4:00pm.
- On the day of departure, all lodging facilities must be cleared of luggage and personal belongings by check-out time of 2:00pm unless other arrangements have been made.
Meals
Breakfast – 8:00am
Lunch – 12:00noon
Dinner – 6:00pm
Adjustment in the meal schedule may only be made through the Conference Center Business Office in advance of your arrival. Special diet concerns should be discussed with the Center prior to your event. Kitchen facilities may be used only by the Conference Center Staff.
Special snacks and refreshments can be purchased by making prior arrangements through the Conference Center Business Office.
Miscellaneous
- The swimming pool is open from May 1st through September 30th during selected hours only and an approved lifeguard must be on duty.
- Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed on Conference Center property.
- There is a NO SMOKING POLICY for all buildings.
- Entrance gate closes at 10:00pm for your protection.
- Accident/health insurance is not provided by the Conference Center. Individuals, families or groups are responsible for their own health insurance coverage.
- Linens are NOT provided.
