Summer Camp Policies

How to Register:

Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis and require a $50 non-refundable deposit per camper.  If registering multiple campers: Complete separate forms for each camper. Itemize payments by camper’s full name if writing one check.

  • Early Bird:
    To qualify, you must register online and pay in full or have your paid in full mail-in registration postmarked by February 28, 2012.
  • By Mail:
    Complete Registration Form HERE, and include check payable to Bridgeport Camp.

Payments:

Full payment is GREATLY APPRECIATED and saves our staff considerable time. If you’re unable to make full payment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to process a registration. Final payments are due by May 15 of the summer camp year.  If full payment has not been received by May 15, Bridgeport Camp reserves the right to release your space to a camper on a waiting list.

Refunds:

Refunds must be requested in writing to BCCC. Cancellations received one full week before camp will receive a refund of full registration, less the $50 non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be made less than one week prior to, during, or after a camp session.

Waiting List:

If a session of camp is full, a waiting list will be formed. All waiting list spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis. Please email the camp at info@bridgeportcamp.com to add your camper to the waiting list.

Camp Packets:

You will receive a camp packet via email shortly after your registration is processed. Included will be a confirmation letter, Camp Form (emergency contacts, medical release and health form, release/covenant agreement), and other important information. All forms plus current Immunization records must be returned to Bridgeport Camp by May 15 of the summer camp year.

After Your Register:

Please inform the appropriate staff member at your church that you have registered for camp.  Also, help Bridgeport Camp by promoting camp to others in your church!

Check-in:

Begins at 3:00 PM the first day for children’s camps and 2:00 PM for all other camps.

Pick-up:

Parents are invited to arrive at 9:15 AM for a Parent Hour with the Camp Directors. Closing worship/ performances begin at 10:00am and last about an hour.

Registration Timeline:

  • October 17 – February 28 Early Bird Registration
  • AFTER February 28 – Regular Rates Apply
  • May 15 – Full Payment and Paperwork Due
