2012 Youth Mid-Winter Retreats – Registration Now Open!

Midwinter retreats are sponsored and lead by our Conference Council on Youth Ministry. Join us for a weekend of exciting teaching, relevant messages, powerful music in an inviting community. These are mixed Midwinter Retreats, both junior high and senior high are invited.

Dates / Times:

Midwinter 1 – Too Blessed to Be Stressed:
Friday, January 27 – Sunday, January 29, 2012
Directors: Justin Miller and Susie Marshall
Early Bird Cost: $100 if registration received by January 6, 2012.
Regular Cost: $115 for registrations received after January 6, 2012.
All registration and money for MidWinter 1 is due by January 18, 2012.
NO Registration after January 18 or at the door for MidWinter 1.
ALL Adults must register and pay as well.

Midwinter 1 Registration

Friday, February 17 – Sunday, February 19, 2012
Directors: Glenn Clark and Chris Boyle
Early Bird Cost: $100 if registration received by January 6, 2012.
Regular Cost: $115 for registrations received after January 6, 2012.
All registration and money for MidWinter 2 is due by February 8, 2012.
NO Registration after February 8, 2012 or at the door for MidWinter 2.
ALL Adults must register and pay as well.

Save the Date: YAC (Youth Annual Conference) – March 2-4, 2012

The Conference Council on Youth Ministries (CCYM) hosts YAC as a forum for legislation, action and study on relevant issues pertaining to the United Methodist Church, both locally and denominationally. Each local church is encouraged to bring at least six voting youth and two youth alternates (8th grade and up)…but bring as many as you want!

Children’s Bible Retreat – September 30-October 1, 2011

At this year’s Children’s Bible Retreat at Camp Bridgeport, September 30 – October 1, 2011, we will focus on the New Testament.

Ages: Grades 3-5 (for every five children, you need one adult)

Cost: $55 (plus $2.70 processing fee) per child or per adult

Check in begins at 6:30pm on Friday night. At 4:00pm on Saturday, we invite parents to join us for the closing worship and send off.
